The first point: Attention to the use environment
Keep the installation point of the touch all-in-one away from dusty environments to prevent dirt and dust from adhering to the whole machine and affect the display and touch effect; avoid the installation point in a humid environment to prevent water mist and water droplets from splashing into the whole machine, which will directly burn the machine;
At the same time, avoid direct sunlight and refraction, and the illumination of the scene should be less than 4000LUX; otherwise, the strong sunlight will affect the touch effect.
If the touch all-in-one is installed by a window, it is recommended to install curtains. The touch all-in-one will generate heat during use, so the location of the all-in-one touch screen must be ventilated. Leave a space of 10cm to 20cm around the all-in-one to ensure good ventilation; the ambient temperature must be below 50 degrees Celsius;
When installing the whole machine, please make sure that the ground wire (pole E) of the power strip is properly grounded; when installing and moving the whole machine, make sure that it is not vibrated strongly.
The second point: operation attention
For the first time users who use the all-in-one touch inquiry machine, they may not know it well, so please make sure that the power cord of the all-in-one touch machine and the computer is plugged in for the first time, and the power switch of the touch all-in-one machine is in the "I" position (power on It will light up afterwards, such as in the "O" position and will not light up), make sure that the VGA signal cable (HDMI cable can also be used to transmit the signal) and touch USB cable are connected to the computer and the all-in-one end, press the remote control The "Standby" button on the right side of the machine or the "Power" button on the right side of the machine (the buttons on different models will be on the front) can start the touch screen all-in-one machine.
Please follow the order of turning on the TV first, then turning on the computer when turning on the all-in-one computer with a computer, and turning off the computer first and then turning off the TV when turning off the computer.
